I am Fikun Aluko, ‘Growth Catalyst’ passionate about leveraging emerging technologies to create value for businesses and individuals.

Over the past decade, I have led 50+ tech innovation products and programs, impacting 150,000+ businesses and training 10,000+ individuals across EMEA. My expertise spans innovation program management, production strategy, cybersecurity, software engineering, startup ecosystems, and venture funding.

As a Tech Leader, Evangelist, and youth-focused Human Capital Developer, I have facilitated 60+ capacity development programs impacting 7,000 youths. In recognition of my work, I have received prestigious awards, including Fellow African Leadership 2022, Chevening Scholar Award 2021, Cave Adullam Network 2019, and Young Africa Leadership Initiatives (YALI).

I am building Edtech, Cybersecurity, and Lowcode/Node products, creating a global talent pipeline, and speaking on digital innovation as a thought leader. I consult as the Director of Innovation and Technology at top Tech Consulting firms and serve as Director of Product at an EdTech Startup.

Previously, I headed Product Innovation at Phillips Consulting Limited (pcl.) and coached software engineers at multiverse.io, a leading EMEA Ed-tech company. I worked as a software engineer, led programs at the Office for Nigerian Digital Innovation, and was a Cybersecurity Engineer and Product Manager at a prominent Nigerian Telecom.

I hold a distinction Master’s in Management of Information Systems and Digital Innovation from the London School of Economics and Political Science, a Master’s in System Engineering with a focus on AI from the University of Lagos, and a B. Tech in Computer Engineering. I have earned 50+ certifications in Cloud technology, information security, innovation, product management, communication, and business leadership.
